1. About Taxi to Heathrow
Taxi to Heathrow is a Heathrow-focused website operated by Dorset Chauffeur. It provides information about Heathrow transfer services and routes customers to the Dorset Chauffeur booking platform.
2. Booking and payment
When you select a booking or quote button, you are redirected to dorsetchauffeur.co.uk. A journey is not confirmed merely because you viewed this website or clicked a booking link. Confirmation, availability, payment and the final service details are handled through the Dorset Chauffeur booking process.
3. Transport service terms
Matters relating to confirmed fares, vehicle allocation, passenger and luggage requirements, changes, cancellations, waiting time, meet & greet, flight monitoring and the performance of the transport service are governed by the Dorset Chauffeur Terms & Conditions applicable to the booking.
4. Vehicle information
Fleet cards on this website describe vehicle categories and stated passenger/luggage capacity. The vehicle supplied for a confirmed booking is subject to availability and the booking terms. Customers should provide accurate passenger and luggage information so an appropriate vehicle can be arranged.
5. Website information
We aim to keep service descriptions, contact details and website information accurate. Website content is general information and should not be treated as a confirmed quote or reservation unless it is confirmed through the booking process.
6. External websites
Links may take you to Dorset Chauffeur or other external websites. Their own terms and policies apply when you use those services.
7. Website availability
We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of this website for maintenance, security or service updates. We do not guarantee that every page will be continuously available.
8. Contact
Questions about a quote, booking or journey can be directed to office@dorsetchauffeur.co.uk or 03300 436782.
